Xi² (엑스아이투) is a four-member girl group under 7-eye Entertainment. They debuted on March 14, 2016 with the mini album EPISODE I: y squared. They disbanded on March 12th, 2023.

2015[]
On October 25, 2015, 7-eye Entertainment announced the debut of their first idol group. The profiles of each of the four members were revealed from October 26 to 29, and the group's name was revealed on October 30 to be Xi².
In December 2015, Xi² announced their debut release for the following year.
2016[]
On January 31, 2016, Xi² released their debut mini album, EPISODE I: y squared, with the title track "넌 (You are)".
On July 24, 2016, Xi² released their first EP, EPISODE II: i-d, with the title track "i-d".
Xi² held their first concert, Xi² CONCERT 2016 "THE X-id", on October 16, 2016 at Seoul Olympic Hall.
On December 8, 2016, Xi² released their second mini album, EPISODE III: excite, with the title track "컴퓨터 소녀 (Computer Girl)".
2017[]

From January 9 to February 26, 2018, Xi² held their first tour, Xi² TOUR 2018 "EX EYE TWO", in Seoul, Daejeon, Daegu, and Busan.
On March 8, 2018, Xi² released their second EP, STAND, with the title track of the same name.
On September 20, 2018, Xi² released their third mini album, into the light, with the title track "마지막 달 (Last Moon)".
From September 25 to October 31, 2018, Xi²'s second tour, Xi² TOUR 2018 "into the light", was held in Incheon, Daejeon, Jeju, Busan, Daegu, and Seoul.
2019[]
On January 21, 2019, Xi² released their third EP, sonata 1: sunset, with the title track "Pink Lemonade".
On July 8, 2019, Xi² released their fourth mini album, sonata 2: awaken, with the title track "Awaken".
Starting November 14, 2019, Xi² embarked on their first world tour, Xi² WORLD TOUR sonata, with a show in Seoul.
2020[]
On February 15, 2020, it was announced that the final show of Xi² WORLD TOUR sonata in Shanghai on February 22 would be cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
On April 12, 2020, Xi² released their second full album, sonata 3: concerta, with the title track "바보처럼 (Idiotic)".
On June 14, 2020, Xi² released the repackage of sonata 3: concerta, final sonata: divine, with the title track "싱크로나이즈 (Synchronize)".
Xi² held their first online concert on August 3, 2020.
On November 8, 2020, Xi² released their second single, Camera.

On March 21, 2021, Xi² released their fourth EP, SONYEO X, with the title track "순수 (Purely)".

2022[]
On February 18, 2022, Xi² released their fifth mini album, ETUDE I: Send, with the title track "BAD GIRL".
Xi² held their mini-concert Xi² ETUDE Mini-Live Part 1 on March 1st, 2022 to commemorate their comeback.
On May 16, 2022, Xi² released their sixth mini album, ETUDE II: Receive, with the title track "TYPE-B".
Xi² held their second mini-concert Xi² ETUDE Mini-Live Part 2 on May 30th, 2022 to commemorate their comeback. During this concert, they announced that they would disband in 2023 after a world tour in August and September 2022, and a final concert on March 12th, 2023.
Xi² WORLD TOUR 2022 ETUDE, Xi²'s final world tour, concluded on September 29, 2022 at Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City.

On March 7, 2023, Xi² had their final comeback with the release of their best-of album, FINAL X -Oath-.
