UNME Entertainment, which may also be referred as as United Music Ethics or You and Me Entertainment, was a South Korean Music Label based in Gimpo, South Korea, formed by CEO Nam Baekhyun in July 2020, and shut down in December 2021. The headquarters was built back in April 2018, and served as a subsidiary label for Horizon Entertainment.
The company was home to the seven-member girl group, PUZZLE, who had a pre-debut project starting October 2020, and had their official debut on June 3, 2021. The group silently disbanded on December 3, 2021, following UNME Entertainment's application for bankruptcy.
On June 4, 2021, UNME Entertainment announced that they would be building a separate studio for filming and recording albums in Gangnam, South Korea, titling the studio "MINU Media", which stands for "Music In You", and "Me and You Media".
