Tojun (토준) is a South Korean singer under Shingyu Studio. He is a member of the trainee group CD Project and a former member of NUSCENT. He was also briefly a member of Galaxy Rookies.
Early Life[]
Tomin was born in Danyang-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do, South Korea, as the middle of 3 brothers. His oldest brother, Maeng To-hyun, is a member of PALADIN, and his younger brother, Maeng To-jun, is a former contestant on We Are Forever Stars.
Career[]
2021-2023: Galaxy Rookies, NUSCENT[]
Sometime in 2021, he joined Galaxy Rookies.
On February 3, Tojun was announced as a new member of NUSCENT.
On March 28, they released the third pre-debut single in the NAME project "Saddening Story". The release featured members Yumok, Tojun, Seungchan, and ChangO.
On May 2, they released the fourth pre-debut single in the NAME project titled "Cool" featuring members Taeyeop, Taekhun, Tojun and ChangO. Later that same day, Tojun and Taeyeop were announced to be leaving the group, with Tojun remaining in GALAXY Entertainment to pursue further training.
On October 3, Kang Mi-hwang announced that the trainee team will be re-organized and will "refresh" with a batch of new trainees. Tojun was one of the many trainees that left the company.
2024-present: CD Project[]
On December 16, 2024, trainee group CD Project was announced to have been established for CDSN. On the same day, Tojun was introduced as a trainee in the VAPOR category.
