On Janaury 2, 2024, Olympia Entertainment announced Lovely, Xuyen, Sohyun, Nayeon and Fleur as the 5 members of their first girl group ARTEMIS, set to debut sometime in 2024. On March 1st at midnight KST, the label announced the group would debut on March 29 with the single album "Teddy Bear".
The song "Teddy Bear" was released on March 29, 2024 along with its music video and the physical album.
"ASAP" was released with a music video on April 15, 2024.
