The Lily (더 릴리) (stylized in all caps) is a 4-member rock band under Smiling Records. They made their debut on March 14, 2017 with their first digital single "I'm Sorry".
History[]
2017: Debut with "I'm Sorry", "Like I Used To".[]
The Lily debuted on March 14, 2017 with their first digital single "I'm Sorry".
On May 12, they dropped a video teaser and individual concept photo's for their second digital single "Like I Used To", which released on May 23.
2018: Dove, The Lily 'The Uncaged Dove' Ⅰ World Tour, Vail[]
On February 12, 2018, The Lily announced their first mini album Dove, which was released on March 6. "Daybreak" was pre-released on February 23 and served as the albums title track.
On June 12, The Lily announced their The Lily 'The Uncaged Dove' Ⅰ World Tour. It started in Seoul on July 2.
On November 8, The Lily announced their second mini album Vail. The album was released on September 20, with "Very Very" serving as the title track.
2019: "Black", Rival, The Lily 'Unveiling the Rival' European Tour[]
On May 12, 2019, The Lily announced their first single album "Black", which was released on May 23.
On August 2, The Lily announced that they would be releasing their third mini album Rival on August 29.
On September 9, The Lily started their first European tour The Lily 'Unveiling the Rival' European Tour.
2020: "Frozen Lily", "Eclipse", Dove -Repackage-[]
On February 3, 2020, The Lily made their comeback with their fourth digital single "Frozen Lily", the song was received to critical acclaim and went onto to give the band their first ever PAK (Perfect All-Kill) on all major South Korean music charts.
On April 23, The Lily announced the bands fifth digital single "Eclipse" which released on May 15.
On August 10, The Lily announced that the band would be releasing a repackage of their Dove mini album on August 20.
2021-2022: Rival -Repackage-, Hound, "Lifeline", The Lily 'Don't Cage Me In' Ⅱ World Tour[]
On September 2, 2021, The Lily announced their repackage of their Rival mini album, the repackage was released on September 21.
On March 21, 2022, The Lily posted a teaser on their socials hinting at an upcoming comeback. On April 5, The Lily announced the scheduler for the bands first studio album Hound. On April 28, The Lily released their first studio album Hound with "Cage" serving as the albums title track.
On July 23, The Lily announced their sixth digital single "Lifeline" releasing on August 5,
On September 10, The Lily started their second world tour The Lily 'Don't Cage Me In' Ⅱ World Tour.
2023: "Nauseous ▪️ Wonder", "You're Beautiful", Dusk[]
On February 25, 2023, The Lily announced their second studio album Dusk and its three pre-release singles "Nauseous ▪️ Wonder" releasing on March 10 and March 23 and "You're Beautiful" releasing on April 18 and the studio album Dusk releasing on April 27.
