Jeong Seol-hee (Hangul: 전설희) is a South Korean singer, model and dancer under PHX Entertainment. She is a member of the girl group SWAN and she debuted with the group in 2021.

Early life[]
Jeong Seol-hee was born in a very wealthy family in Seoul, South Korea. She was raised by a babysitter because her parents were always at work, and she would see them only sometimes at dinner. Seol-hee said that she was very spoiled when she was younger, and she used to have three dogs and a cat. Although being spoiled, she said that she never treated bad anyone at school, because she wanted to be a role model for her classmates. She frequented private schools from elementary to high school, and she started taking piano and singing lessons at a very young age. At age 10, she started modeling for many kids' fashion magazines. She found out about k-pop because a friend of hers took her to a BTS concert when they were both 17. Since then, Seol-hee decided to enter a company because she was impressed by the idols' skills. It was very easy for her to get into the industry because her family was very rich and known, and they were accepting their choice to be a singer.
Training (2019-2020)[]
In 2019 she quit her modeling career, auditioned, and successfully became a trainee under NEXT SPACE Entertainment. One year later, Seol-hee resumed her modeling activities and was moved from NEXT SPACE to PHX Entertainment. At the time, the two companies were having discussions on collaborating to debut a boy group, so both companies' trainee evaluators went to each other's trainee evaluations. Man Dal-seong, PHX's representative, once stayed to also see the girls' evaluations, and he was impressed by Seol-hee so much that he asked the CEO if she could've been moved to PHX, since they were preparing to debut a girl group. After negotiations, she was moved and was placed in a trainee group with Jang Chae-won and Byung Sang-mi.
Debut with SWAN, WARRIORS (2021-present)[]
On June 4, 2021 she was announced as the 4th member of SWAN. The group debuted after high anticipation on October 31 with the single album LOCKED.
Soul appeared as a special mentor on episodes 5 and 6 of the survival show WARRIORS along with Eunhyun of rm8z, Dylan of NAIAD and Juyeong of Novella.
