Shin Moyeon (신모연) is a Korean idol, dancer, singer, and choreographer under LOTUSBASE. She is a member of the girl group ODYSSEIA as the leader and main dancer. She is a former member of the dance crew VVS.

2024: Debut with ODYSSEIA[]
On September 22nd, Moyeon was revealed to be the 7th and last member of ODYSSEIA, a girl group produced by DEC. They later debuted on September 30th with the debut pre-release single yOyO, followed by the full album intO the vOrtex on October 21st.

- She can speak Korean, English, and Tagalog fluently.
- Her English has a bit of a Filipino accent.
- The leader role was between her and Yewon.
- She likes fruits, especially strawberries, oranges, and grapes. But she absolutely dislikes grapefruits.
- She also likes seafood.
- She can cook and is the main one who cooks for the members.
- She and her family moved to the Philippines when she was 5, and lived there for 9 years before moving back to Korea when she was 14.
- She was the leader of her high school's dance club.
- She has been dancing since she was 5 after falling in love with dance through her uncle's dance classes.
- She is great at street dance and hip-hop dance styles, and her specialties are locking and krumping. Although less good, she also has experience in contemporary dance as she began doing it at 10.

"Behind The Scenes" Trivia[]
- Originally, she was in a Red Velvet inspired 6-membered girl group named "Joyflow" as the maknae, main dancer, lead vocalist, and visual. She didn't have a set faceclaim at the time, but i'd always imagined it to be Miyeon from (G)I-DLE.
- Her name "Moyeon" was taken from this video where TXT's Taehyun (as "Kang Si-jin") and Hueningkai (as "Hyu Mo-yeon") seem to be reenacting a scene from Descendants of the Sun, rather than the drama itself. I didn't even know the drama existed at the time i watched the video without thought.
- At first, when i was figuring out the lineup for ODYSSEIA, Moyeon and her english name "Jada" were two separate people, with plans to make Moyeon be Korean and the center of the group, and "Jada" as the Filipino representative of the group with tripleS Seoyeon as her faceclaim. Eventually i merged them both, giving her the leader and main dancer position, while the center position was given to Yewon.
- Before the merge, her potential OCs were WOO!AH's Wooyeon and LOONA/ARTMS's Heejin.
