7WRLD VELLEITY (Korean: 세븐월드 벨리티) is the third fixed unit of the unlimited K-pop boy group seVenwrld under cosmichaus. It was announced on January 6, 2024, that the unit would be making their debut within the first quarter of 2024, making it the first of seVenwrd's fixed units to debut. They are set to debut with the mini-album chapter: 0000 on February 13, 2024.
Their name, VELLEITY, refers to wishes or desires not strong enough to lead to action; it is the members' goal to give fans the strength to chase their dreams through their music.
Career[]
Pre-Debut[]
On December 5, 2023, it was announced that the next six members of seVenwrld would be revealed but would not partake in formal group activities until May 2024 with projections that their first Vanguard Assignment Ballot would be the fourth or fifth. Instead, a third fixed sub-unit would be created as the members would not be joining the already announced units of INVICTUS and BLOOM.
On December 9, it was revealed that the unit would be making their debut within the first quarter of 2024, making it the first of the three fixed units to debut.
During the 2024 cosmichaus Press Conference held on January 6, 2024, CEO Alistair Kim announced once more that VELLEITY would be making their debut within the first quarter of the year. The unit's debut would be the first under new ownership of NAVIS COLUMBA.
