SPECTER formally known as NAVIS COLUMBA New Group Project (나비스 컬럼바 새 그룹 프로젝트: also stylized as Navis Boys) is a pre-debut team by Moonbridge Entertainment and NAVIS COLUMBA. It was formally announced on January 2, 2024. The group was formed by Lee Yohan, with selected members from the company wide audition NAVIS COLUMBA NEW COMPANY GROUP 2024 Audition. They made their debut on May 5, 2025 with their mini album "Thunder City".
Prior to their eventual 2025 debut, all 11 members released solo singles from May 2024 to March 2025, alongside their pre-debut solo singles as well.

2024: Announcement, Audition winners[]
On January 2, it was announced by Lee Yohan that the pre-debut team has been formed. Along with the reveal that he is the groups leader and main producer, along with that he is going to be choosing the members that will join the team. The remaining members will be picked from the company audition in which Yohan will over see on who should be selected.
That same day he revealed that Blair Boys trainees: Yang Mingi and Athrun Jeon were part of the founding members of the project group.
On January 31, Athrun and Mingi posted practice photos of them facing the ground with their shoes visible, but instead of just three pairs (theirs and Yohan's) two more pairs were visible, confirming that two more members were added to the line up.
On February 8, Kim Seongjin and Kim Aejung were revealed as confirmed members of the line up, both of them having been found during the NAVIS COLUMBA NEW COMPANY GROUP 2024 Audition in the Busan portion.
On February 13, Yohan announced that the members were given representative animal emoji's: Yohans's (🐦), Seongmin's (🐅), Mingi's (🐕), Aejung's (🦒), and Athrun's (🐈). Along with that, they also revealed their member colors.
On February 28, the group's Instagram posted pictures of the groups practice room lockers. Amongst the five lockers (Red - Yohan, Turquoise - Seongjin, Blue - Mingi, Pink - Aejung, and Green - Athrun), their was a sixth locker, this time with it being painted lavender, confirming to fans that a new member was added to the pre-debut unit.
On March 7, Sung Eunmin was revealed, bring the total to 6 members.
On March 20, photos of the group posing with their backs to the camera were posted on their Instagram. All of them were wearing their member colors. Along with that, two boys, one wearing an orange shirt and one wearing a yellow shirt was with them. Confirming that two more trainees were added.
On Mach 28, Enomoto Sana and Ethan Yoo were revealed. Bringing the total to 8 members.
On April 13, more photos of the group were released, this time the photos being with photos of the 8 members all in their rooms in their dorms. On the last slide, two new members were posted (with their faces blurred), confirming that two new members had joined the line up.
On April 20, former Apricot Boys member Han Wonbin and Park Joowon were revealed, bringing the line up to 10 members.
On April 25, the group posted a video titled "NAVIS GROUP Final Set" in which it showcased the 10 debut membeers, and during the last section of the video, it was revealed that one more emember would be joining them, bringing the line up to 11.
On April 30, it was announced that the group would release their first pre-debut single "WE NEED A NAME" on May 13. It will feature all 11 debut meembers.
On May 1, Kim Lunyeon was revealed as the 11th and final member of the line up.
On May 14, it was announced that both Yang Mingi and Athrun Jeon have concluded their Blair Boys activities and as such have transferred fully to Moonbridge Entertainment. Along with the announcement, it was also revealed that starting at the end of each month, one member will release a pre-debut album alongside their full group pre-debut singles. This was done as a way for fans to slowly know the members during their lead up to debut. Yohan's, Mingi's, and Athrun's have finished filming and recording their solo's having been recording them since January of this year.
On May 23, it was announced that the group will be releasing their second pre-debut digital single "Oh my Oh my Oh my GOSH" on June 17.
On May 27, "Yohan" was released.
On June 24, "Mingi" was released.
On July 29, "Athrun" was released.
On August 26, "Seongjin" was released.
On September 30, Aejung" was released.
On October 28, "Eunmin" was released.

2025: Name change, debut with "Thunder City"[]
On January 27, "Wonbin" was released.
On February 1, it was announced that the group would be making their debut in May, having passed their final debut exam.
On February 15, it was announced that the goup would be changing their name to SPECTER and tha their debut is set for May 5, 2025 with their first mini album.
On February 24, "Joowon" was released.
On March 31, "Lunyeon" was released.
On May 5, the group released their first mini album "Thunder City".
On November 24, the group released their second mini album "Rain".
