Planetary Girls 100 (행성 소녀 100) is a large-scale survival show focused on creating an international Korean based girl group where the public votes their favorite trainees to be chosen as potentials to debut.
Concept[]
Planetary Girls 100, is a Large-Scale Reality Survival Show where 50 girls from different countries of Asia, are brought on the show to prove themselves that they can debut. The show's grading system is: Star, Dwarf Star, Black Star. With Star being the highest ranking and Black Star being the lowest ranking. The Group would be performing as a Permanent girl group rather than a Project girl gorup.
The voting will be done through the show's official website www.planetarygirls100.com. During the show, the fans would be voting 12 Trainees, until the finale, where in the finale fans had to chose only 1 out of the remaining trainees.
History[]
On February 10, 2021 SLEN Network announced that the first episode will air on March 1. Viewers can view the livestream of the episodes through SLEN Network or Planetary Girls 100's official website.
The same day SLEN Network uploaded the official theme song "Universe" performance on their YouTube channel.
On March 1, 2021. During the airing of the first episode, it was announced that the debuting girls would be managed by a Joint Venture company going by the name NEBULA+.
SLEN Network announced that Park Hwiyoung would be departing from the show for personal reasons.
On May 11, the finale was held where the final lineup was revealed: Oh Sumin, Hataraku Lina, Songpat Flora, Xie Xiuying, Park Gaeun, Bang Chaemin, Wang Yikai, Saotome Kei, Kang Eunha, Cho Hyomin, Kelly Zhang and Park Chayeon. The girls would be going by the group name UNISONE.
