PiNPOiNT (Hangul: 핀포인트) is a South Korean girl group formed by voters during season 3 of MNET and Studio W's survival show, Selection Shine. PiNPOiNT was created by Studio W but is also promoted under L.T Entertainment. The group consists of 22 members, currently divided into four subunits which are promoted in different cities in the world based on their nationalities.
The first and most popular subunit, POiNT LOCAL based in Seoul, made their debut in March 2015 with their singles "Horseplay" and "Define ME".
The second unit, POiNT 1 based in Japan, made their debut in August 2015 with their mini album The Way.
The third subunit, PRE POiNT debuted in January 2016 with the single "PPREPARATiON".
The fourth unit, PiN C based in China, debuted in May 2018 with their EP 006.
The fifth subunit, TRiPLE PiN based in Seoul but on English music, debuted in October 2018 with their digital single "Bet On It".
The sixth unit, PiN PiN based in the Philippines, debuted in February 2020 with their mini album Mahal Kita.

Member History[]
The group was officially created as 16 members during Selection Shine. However, as planned by Studio W and L.T Entertainment, more members were and will be added to the group, to continue their vibrant and fresh concepts which are shown in both the current and upcoming subunits of the group.

Before any subunits were debuted in 2015 or later, the original 16 members used to do dance, vocal and rap covers on their official YouTube channel, as they hadn't officially debuted yet.
