Phantasma Records (팬타스마 레코드) is a South Korean label and entertainment agency founded by producer and actor Kim Gi-kyung. The label was founded on May 27, 2023, in Incheon, South Korea.
The label was acquired by Highline Media after a business deal was made.

2023-present: Founding, DURENDAL, new artists, subsidiary, SUNSHIN6[]
The label was founded on May 27, 2023, in Incheon, South Korea, by well-known actor and producer Kim Gi-kyung.
On July 27, it was reported that cancelled debut group DURENDAL would join the agency and re-organize with 6 new members in order to prepare for a November debut.
On October 2, it was announced that former Project Wisdom member Jaehyun would join the agency as an in-house producer. The next day, actor Hwang Bi Seok was announced to have joined the agency.
On November 21, it was reported twin actresses Ryu Hui Young and Ryu Eui Young would join the label.
On December 2, actresses Kang Hwan Bit and Yi Byeol Ha joined the label.
On March 2, Kim Gi Kyung announced that the label had been acquired by Highline Media and will serve as a subsidiary of the agency. On March 20, plans were released of the company debuting girl group SUNSHIN6 in July of 2024.
On April 9, 2025, it was reported that Nene of VIIXEN had signed with Phantasma Records with plans to make her solo debut "soon".
