T4ROT is a upcoming group under ANTERTAINMENT. The group will consist of 15 members and will be a CO-ED group. The group will have 3 sub-unit (RAP, VOCAL AND PERFORMANCE) and each Sub-Unit will have a member that represents a JOKER, QUEEN, KING, ACE and JACK.

On July 3, 2023, sign-ups for Project T4ROT began. There was a total of 36 Spots open for the trainees. The concept for the show/group was announced to be a Twisted circus concept (Circus and horror). Later, The community voted on the Name and it was announced to be "T4ROT".
The show was later cancelled although it was then brought back a month later.
