Nyssa (니사) is a Korean-New Zealander singer and rapper under Highline Media. She is a member of PHANT(O)M and is a former member of Hestiara.
Early Life[]
Nyssa was born in Auckland, New Zealand, to Korean parents as the youngest of 3 children. The family moved to Daegu, South Korea, when Nyssa was 7.
Career[]
2023-present: Hestiara, PHANT(O)M[]
She was scouted by The Pink Label sometime in 2023 after covering "Panorama" by IZ*ONE with a cover group she joined in.
On July 30, she was announced as the last member of Hestiara. They made their debut on August 23, 2023, with the mini album GO IN!.
On August 7, 2024, she was announced to have left the group due to health reasons and had selected trainee Hyunrin to replace her.
On September 17, 2024, Pop Base reported that Kyungbyeol was set to produce and lead a five-member girl group. The report further clarified that the group would be a global group and will sing in English. Although the lineup was not confirmed yet at the time, she was rumored for the lineup. Eventually, on September 21, she was announced as the fourth member of PHANT(O)M.
