Noir et Blanc Project (흑백 프로젝트: also known as N:B Project) is a subsidiary under NAVIS COLUMBA, the company was announced on August 26, 2022.
Under NAVIS COLUMBA, instead of tradition groups being formed behind the scenes, all of the groups formed and made under Noir et Blanc Project will exclusively come from in-company survival shows.
History[]
2022: Formation[]
On August 26, Blair Entertainment announced the creation of the subsidiary, with the acting subsidiary CEO being former EMERGE head manager Sim Seoyeon taking the reigns of the project. Sim Soyeon has been working under the company as EMERGE's manager since their formation, and Bae Jungyeol, Blair Entertainment's CEO saw her potential and offered her to become the CEO for the subsidiary back in June of last year.
Upon the announcement of the company, Bae Jungyeol revealed in a follow up article:
"At the current moment in time, we have no intention to debut a new group at this exact moment, we will begin testing the waters in-regards to any future groups for Noir et Blanc at a later date"
It was also stated that the project would be hosting auditions for promising lyricists and composers to call the subsidiary their home of operations as well as future talent. Sim Seoyeon also said that, the project would begin doing auditions for Noir et Blanc trainees with the first batch being revealed sometime in 2023, when asked if these trainees would be part of the upcoming survival show, Seoyeon stated that that is up for discussion at a later date.
2024: Announcement of Fly for the Future[]
On February 28, it was announced that the company has begun production and planning for their survival show "TBA", it will involve the male trainees from Blair Boys, many of whom had auditioned for company for a chance to be on this show. The show is slated to air sometime in 2025.
On March 15, Noir et Blanc Project's official Instagram and X, they introduced the projects first ever trainees, and began posting content, all while blurring out their faces.
On August 7, during NAVIS COLUMBA's shareholders meeting, it was formally announced that the companies first survival show Fly for the Future, with it being scheduled to take place and air in the second half of 2025.
2025: Fly for the Future, & debut of TBA[]
On April 4, Fly for the Future began airing, it ran from April 4 to June 22, in which the final line up SKYRIS was formed.
