Next Step is known as one of the more successful Entertainment companies in South Korea, housing popular group ALLTIME and well-known soloists Du-WOAH and Rania, however, it's also known as one of the most disrespectful agencies. CEO Jongyul cares less about the trainees' wellbeing and more about their success and income of popularity and money.
