MARIROSE (Korean: 마리로즈; Japanese: マリローズ) is an 7-members South Korean girl group under PickPot Studio. They made their debut on May 7, 2025, with their first mini album The Way I Bloom.
The groups name is a combination of the names for the flowers 'Marigold' and 'Rose', the name also signifies the pure love the group has for music, themselves and their fans all together.
History[]
Pre-Debut[]
On August 7, 2024, PickPot Studio revealed that they're going to launch a new girl group going by the name MARIROSE. The group would make their big debut sometime in the first half of 2025, in the same statement the agency revealed that the group has been working as a team since the beginning of the year but the line-up isn't fully decided yet. Shortly after the announcement the groups Official SNS accounts were opened and the logo motion for the group was uploaded in each one respectfully. Same day rumors about American-Korean trainee Charlene sparked up presumably that she is a member of the group.
On November 4, 2024, Sungchae and Kotomi were revealed, they previously participated on GIRLS DEBUT GUIDE, followed by Aran on November 5, Rinji, who previously was a contestant on Idol Arena and was a member of the canceled girl group HOLIDAY, revealed on November 6, Charlene on November 7, Hia on November 8 and the two final members Gawon, whom previously was a member of the girl group Dahlia under the name Gueh, and Penelope who was a contestant on I-Dream, on November 9.
On December 4, 2024, PickPot Studio announced that Hia would be leaving the group & the agency and that MARIROSE make their debut as a 7-members girl group.

On March 10, 2025, PickPot Studio dropped the debut trailer for MARIROSE, confirming their debut on May 7, 2025.
On April 11, 2025, it was revealed that MARIROSE's debut mini album would be called The Way I Bloom.
