Lanthanides (란타니데스) is the third "series" sub-unit and the seventh sub-unit overall of the unlimited-member boy group ELEMENT. Their debut date is unknown.
The unit is made up of those who have previously competed on survival shows.

2025-present: Formation, debut[]
On May 14, 2025, the group announced that 20 sub-units, based on series of the Periodic Table, will be created. Additionally, the units were set to be permanent. On the same day, Lanthanides was introduced as part of the first 5 sub-units. Later, on May 20, 2025, it was reported that Lanthanides would contain all former survival show contestants, which would include LUNARIS Maker, BOYS' PARADISE: New Era, Global Ticket, Find Your DREAM, B4U Boys, Boys Class of Wonder 2, and Emotions - choose your feeling. Later, on May 28, 2025, Huh Nahyuk was introduced as the first member, followed by Ri Kyongwan on May 29, Cha Doreum on May 30, Zemin on May 31, Yeo Soobin on June 1, Qaoxiang on June 2, Ki Rin on June 3, Ereen on June 4, On Sunhi on June 5, Hiroki on June 6, Ryuu on June 7, Hwang Gunbin on June 8, Bong Roohwan on June 9, and finally Gyeon Seowon on June 10.
