LOVE CALL Project (러브콜 프로젝트) was a 2021 reality survival show broadcasted on Picture Music. It began its premiere on February 14, 2021, airing every Sunday before holding its finale on April 11, 2021.
The show's goal was to find the newest addition to boy group, HEART2HEART. Seven trainees were selected to compete in the competition and throughout the show's progression, they were evaluated in several missions and put to the test until the newest member was finally found. The trainees were given guidance by the mentors who assisted them in their respective training. During each mission, the performance evaluators were responsible for overseeing the trainee's score each episode. The final results were calculated by both fan voting and the producer's choice.

Unexpectedly, during the boy group's indefinite hiatus, the show was announced to be in production. Reactions from the small but loyal fanbase were mixed as they protested for another musical release from the group since it had been a while since their last comeback; fans were also hesitant on accepting a new member into the group considering that the group was already two years old at the time.
Even before the show's official premiere, the show continued to garner hate from the fanbase and even from non-fans of the group until the Picture Music had to come out and make a statement against the malicious actions to protect the innocent trainees.
