Ahn Lina (Korean: 안리나), known professionally as LIN.A (리나), is a South Korean rapper-songwriter, dancer, composer and actress formerly under LYR Entertainment. She was a member of the girl group SIXA6ON. LIN.A is currently a producer at Bee Entertainment, and an actress under Spring Duck Company.
Career[]
2018: Pre-debut[]
On November 30, LIN.A and Haeun were revealed as the first two members of LYR Entertainment's upcoming girl group, via the company's Instagram.
After being introduced as "the company's new diamonds" on December 20, LIN.A and the other members uploaded 10-second self-cams of them wishing their followers a few season's greetings and messages for the New Year.
2019: Debut with SIXA6ON, My Everything[]
After her brief introduction in 2018, LYR posted another official member teaser for LIN.A on February 19. She then made her official debut with the group on April 3 with their debut mini album, SIX TRIX.
LIN.A obtained her first drama role in August when she starred as female antagonist Yang Yun Kyoung in KCC2's My Everything. This marked her debut as an actress.
2023: SIXA6ON's disbandment[]
On February 20th, 2023, SIXA6ON disbanded due to the closure of LYR Entertainment. The following day, LIN.A announced that she had signed under Spring Duck Company for her acting pursuits. As well, Bee Entertainment announced that she had joined the company as a main producer. LIN.A had considered going solo when offered to sign under Bee Entertainment, but revealed that she wants to take this chance to develop herself further as a songwriter rather than as an idol.
