Kang Ki-ra (Hangul: 강키라) is a South Korean, Chinese and Canadian naturalized singer, dancer, model, actress and YouTuber under CMWENM. She is best known for being a member of the now inactive girl group Cloud Aura.

Early life[]
Kira was born on March 21, 2000 in Beijing, China from South Korean parents. Her love for music was not developed during the first years of her life, as when she was a child she wanted to become a famous actress, but instead, she discovered her love for performing and singing after a friend of hers convinced her to join her k-pop cover dance group for their school's talent show, at the age of 16, where they performed Apink's "Mr. Chu". On that day, she discovered her passion for k-pop and started auditioning. Her goal was to become the most famous idol, and nobody could've stopped her.
Auditioning and moving to South Korea (2018)[]
She auditioned many times for many different agencies, but she never got any response. Since now her main goal was to debut in a girl group, she moved to Seoul, South Korea, where she lived with a friend of her mother. She would have busking performances every day around Seoul, where many people praised her for her confidence, even if she had no prior experience to the idol world.
Entering PHX Entertainment (2018-2022)[]
One day, PHX Entertainment's talent scout noticed her, and told her to audition for the company. In the April of 2018, she signed a contract with them, passing the audition alongside Beom-seok of PHXNBG and Chaewon of SWAN. She was supposed to debut with the latter, but due to the CEO thinking that Eun Joo would've fit SWAN better, she instead got added as a member of the agency's "cuter" girl group, Cloud Aura.
Debut with Cloud Aura (2022)[]
She debuted with the group on April 17, 2022 with the mini album "CLOUD 6 : Chapter *".
Cloud Aura's hiatus, solo activities (2022-present)[]
On December 29, every member of Cloud Aura, with the exception of Kira, terminated their contracts with PHX Entertainment, and the group went on an indefinite hiatus. She later terminated her contract on June 20, 2023 and she joined the newly founded CMWENM, where additionally to promoting as a soloist, she would promote as a content creator, specifically as a YouTuber. On the same day, she adopted her first two cats, and she named them "Sugar" and "Spice".
