Kim Jiheon (김지헌) more commonly known by his stage name Sette (세테) and by his soloist stage name SENSE (감각), is a South Korean Idol from EMERGE by Blair Music. He debuted on July 14, 2015. He is known as the main head of production for EMERGE, being cited as the groups whole producer, having written almost every track for the group since their debut in 2015.
Following the debut of EMERGE's brother group WYVERN, he has since expanded his production skills outside of EMERGE and has since been credited in groups and soloist songs outside of Blair Entertainment, having risen to notoriety due to his lyric writing and his composing skills.
He made his solo debut as SENSE on September 29, 2017, and made his official solo debut on April 3, 2023 as SENSE.
History[]
Early Life[]
Kim Jiheon was born on September 29, 1996 in Busan, South Korea to a couple whose names are undisclosed. He has one older sister (1993) and one younger brother (1997). His family is a family of musicians as such, he learnt how to play several instruments through his youth.
Prior to joining Blair Entertainment, he spent 2010-2011 as an underground kid rapper under the name SENSE.
He joined the company in December, he was skipping school to head to a underground rap battle when he ran into a Blair Entertainment employee. The employee asked where he was going to which he replied to a rap battle, wanting to see it for himself, he found Jiheon at them time age 15 competing against grown adults and recruited him once competition was over.
Training Period[]
He became a trainee on December 14, 2011. He was quickly known as an excellent rapper with his self composed songs that he had performed in their training vlogs.
While still a trainee, from 2011 to 2014, he still performed as an underground rapper, this time in Seoul instead of in Busan.
Career[]
As a Part of EMERGE[]
On January 2, 2015, Blair Entertainment announced that they would be debuting their first boy group in the summer of 2015.
On June 15, 2015, Jiheon under the name Sette was revealed as the seventh member of EMERGE.
On July 14, 2015, Jiheon along with the other EMERGE members debuted with the album Act I: Garnet, this album was also where he made his producing and song writing debut as well.
On July 14, 2019, on the groups fourth year anniversary, all the members opened personal Instagram accounts. His handle being "_SETTE_SENSE".
On March 3, 2023, it was announced that he would be having his official solo debut on April 3, 2023.
Debut as SENSE[]
On September 8, 2017, Jiheon announced that he would be having an unofficial debut as SENSE with his first mixtape set for end of September. Teasers and videos for it was released from September 20 to September 25.
On September 29, 2017, on his 21st Birthday, Jiheon debuted as SENSE with his mixtape 7th Day, the song "Hold Up" served as the title track.
On June 26, 2018, it was announced that he would be releasing another mixtape for July. Teasers for the mixtape were released from June 28 to July 4.
On July 7, 2018, he released his second mixtape Broken, the song "Unfixed" served as the title track.
Formal Debut as SENSE[]
On March 23, 2023, it was announced that Jiheon under the name SENSE would be having his official formal debut on April 3, 2023. Teasers for the album were released from March 25 to April 1.
On April 3, 2023, Jiheon released his debut mini album STYLER, the song "Fire Water" served as the title track. It was met with moderate success selling around 400,000 copies overall. "Fire Water" received 1 music show win by the end of its run.
On November 18, 2023, Jiheon announced that he would be having his first world tour next year. Prior to that he will be having a comeback with a mini album leading up to the release of the tour, as well as announcing that his comeback is set for the first half of 2024 with a studio album.

On February 14, 2024, it was announced that he was in a relationship with GALAXY's Naebin. Both of them met each other back in late 2022 during music shows, and have gotten closer over time, and began a relationship that same year.
