Kim Ji-young (김지영) is a South Korean singer and model. She was well known as a former member of the duo, 4everToo and member of the girl group, DLHT.
She debuted in a duo 4everToo in 1997 and re-debuted as a member of DLHT in 1998. She is the main vocalist and lead rapper of the group. After the group's disbandment, she took her path as a model and appeared in every magazines.
Early life[]
Jiyoung was born in May 14, 1981 in Gangseo-gu, Busan, South Korea. Born with a single mother and two siblings. She studied in Taiwan when she was in elementary and returned to Korea in second year high school.
Career[]
1997-1998: Debut in 4everToo[]
Jiyoung was debuted in a duo with Jung Su-jeong, 4everToo on 1997 but disbanded after their second album promotions in summer 1998.
1998-2001: Re-debut with DLHT, breakthrough[]

On August 31, 1998, she re-debuted as a member of DLHT with their first album, Pretty Girls along with their single, "My Baby". The group gained popularity because of being the "female version" of U.T.Tmoon. Before their release of third album, the group disbanded on March 7, 2001.
2001-2011: Entering the model industry[]
After the group's disbandment, Jiyoung later on became a model and appeared on magazines. She released her first photobook on 2003, "DreamYoung". Her photobook sold a lot of copies and received a lot of endorsements. She also released her digital single, "Oh Baby, In My Heart" in 2004 but it didn't do well.

Dating and scamming scandal[]
On 2006, Jiyoung was caught in a dating scandal with a billionaire, Soo Hee-myung. It said she was using him for money, and spending it to buy luxury items and drink in nightclubs. She denied these allegations and make her fans very angry about this situation.
