Kendrix Kim (켄드릭스 김) is a Korean-American trainee under Blair Music as part of its pre-debut team Blair Boys.
Background[]
Early Life[]
Kendrix Kim was born on April 17, 2007, in Seattle, Washington, United States, to a couple whose names remain undisclosed. He has one older sister, Kayla Kim, born in 2000. His father is a banker, while his mother is a nurse.
Growing up, his family and him lived comfortably but never below or above their means, being able to provide what they needed for him and his sister. He was able to afford a few luxuries in life, such as violin lessons and on the weekend art classes.
Kendrix as a child was always interested in the performing arts, and originally wanted to be an art or even a music teacher. His parents supported him in his dreams of becoming a teacher, and he was originally going to go to teachers college but this all changed when he went with his friends to the NAVIS COLUMBA NEW GROUP 2024 AUDITION drive in Seattle.
He only went with his friends as their support, but when they were leaving, the scouts stopped him and asked him to audition, saying that his looks were unique and would make a great visual for an idol.
Kendrix immediately said no, stating that he didn't want to be an idol, and would rather much prefer living as a private person.
Thinking that was the end of it, Kendrix went about his day, going to school, working part time, hanging out with his friends. Well Kendrix was sorely wrong, since that day, his Instagram was found by NAVIS COLUMBA and began asking him to send an audition tape, offering him promises of just straight on being a trainee, to many more promises.
Kendrix kept rejecting it each time for a whole year straight, he ended up confiding to his sister about it who encouraged that he audition, saying that maybe they might change their mind. Following that, Kendrix sent over a video of him dancing and training, and did not hear from NAVIS COLUMBA for the next two weeks.
Thinking that was it, Kendrix was relieved that they had stopped pestering him, but to his surprise he was offered a spot in Blair Music as a full time trainee. Knowing that he had to inform his parent's he told him about the acceptance and at first was going to reject it, but his parents suggested that he take the offer and see where it might take him, stating that he's already set to graduate, taking a year or 2 off and exploring his Korean-roots might do him some good.
With that in mind, Kendrix accepted the offer and went to Korea.
Joining Blair Music[]
Kendrix joined Blair Music on March 4, 2024, he was 17 years old. He was placed in the all rounders track, with a primary focus on rap and vocals, and also with song writing and producing.
Despite only training for a short amount of time, Kendrix showed natural talent amongst the current roster and was initially training as a rapper and vocalist, and was going to be added to Blair Nexz Genz, but the trainers advised against it stating that Kendrix needed more training.

2025: Participation in STAR RAIL[]
On May 18, he was revealed as a contestant for CBC's survival show STAR RAIL as a representative of Blair Music.

When Kendrix joined the company he was in his final year of high school.
Since moving to Korea, Kendrix is finishing the remainder of his final year online, and is expected to graduate in June of 2025.

Kendrix is a very stubborn person, when he sets his mind to something, he wants to finish it and go onto the next project, as such when he decided that he would became a trainee, he promised that he would debut.
Kendrix also has a more prankster and sillier side to himself as well, being a good jokester and sport about pranks and genuinely wanting to have fun with what he does as well. Kendrix likes to have fun and enjoys seeing smiles on the other trainees faces.
Kendrix due him being stubborn is also someone what goes hard on himself when he doesn't finish things, and wants to correct those mistakes, thhis shows a more determined side to him as well.

- His favourite colors are: red, white, and yellow.
- Her prefers winter over summer.
- His favourite foods are: cold noodles, mocha ice cream, and pho.
- His go to drink at any cafe is: iced americano, with a pump of sweetener, and two extra shots of expresso, and a touch of oat milk.
- He does not like: chicken liver, or anything too meaty, he likes to eat more healthy.
- He likes coking, and often watches new tutorials on what to cook next. The food he makes the best is lobster alfredo.
- Before being casted as a trainee, he was working part time at a movie theater for abut 2 years, having gotten the job in April of 2023, the month of his 16th birthday.
- He's close with his sister, Kayla, who offered him help on how to audition, and even flew to Korea with him and helped him unpack his stuff in the trainee dorms.
