Kaehwa (개화) is a South Korean singer-songwriter, producer, and rapper under MYLAB. She is the leader, rap unit leader, main rapper, lead dancer, vocalist, songwriter, and producer of the twelve-member girl group LUMINESCENT and is a former contestant on QUEENDOM: 4 Dimensions.
Early Life[]
Kaehwa was born in Busan, South Korea, as the oldest of 3 children. She grew up mostly working at her parents' car shop.
Career[]
2023-present: QUEENDOM: 4 Dimensions, LUMINESCENT[]
On March 4, 2023, she was announced as a contestant on QUEENDOM: 4 Dimensions. She was unfortunately eliminated in the semifinals after placing 20th overall.
On September 1, 2024, she was announced as a member of the upcoming girl group LUMINESCENT (then known as WONDERGIRLZ) as a member of the group's rap unit.
