Different users have access to different functions of the K-Pop Fanon Wiki. While anyone can do most things on the site, including reading and editing, '''bureaucrats''', '''administrators''' and '''moderators''' can access a few additional functions.

To ensure this wiki keeps running smoothly, several administrators and moderators are there to help , and protect and enhance the wiki to its best. The current team is composed of:

'''Bureaucrats''' are senior editors. As well as being full administrators, they have management abilities where they can grant limited user rights. They have the ability to:
*Grant and revoke rollback, moderator and administrator rights
*Grant, but not revoke bureaucrat status. While they cannot directly revoke another user's bureaucrat status, they can revoke their own.

Bureaucrats oversee and supervise all requests for user rights, and carry out the community's decision in the case of nominations for administratorship or nominations for bureaucratship.
