Jeon Yoonji (전윤지) is a Korean trainee signed to Aprica Entertainment.
She is currently best known for competing in Dingle Dangle and WORLD CLASS, her final rank was 20th place and TBA respectively.
History[]
Early Life[]
Jeon Yoonji was born on May 31, 2007, in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, to a couple whose names are undisclosed. She is the middle child with an older sister born in 2005 and a younger brother born in 2009. Her mother is a pre-school teacher and her father is an accountant for a cooperate law firm.
Growing up Yoonji knew from a young age that she wanted to be an idol, from watching SNSD's performances as a child, it ignited her passion even more and she began taking singing and dancing lessons.
Yoonji began auditioning for different companies in hopes of joining a company as a trainee. It wasn't until 2021, where she landed success when she auditioned for Aprica Entertainment in the spring of 2021.
Training Period[]
Yoonji joined Aprica Entertainment as a trainee on June 11, 2021, at 14 Years Old, Yoonji became one of the companies first trainees to join the company.
During Yoonji's time as a trainee, she's shown consistent skills in vocals and dance, proving herself as a strong trainee right from the start, with the company even naming her their secret weapon. She rightly earned this nickname after having gotten first place in their monthly evaluations for their female trainees for a year straight in 2022, and was rewarded with a 4 month study aboard trip.
Career[]
2024: Competing in Dingle Dangle and WORLD CLASS[]
It was announced that Yoonji would be competing in Dingle Dangle, representing Aprica Entertainment. The survival show is expected to air on March 29.
On February 14, it was revealed that she was the female lead for CELOSIA's pre-debut single Fire Candy.
Yoonji managed to survive until the third round of Dingle Dangle, during which she was soon eliminated soon after, with her final rank being 20th place. As such, she was unable to advance the final round.
On August 18, it was revealed that Yoonji, alongside fellow trainees Kwon Aehyun and Joo Chaewon would be competing in WORLD CLASS representing Aprica Entertainment.

Education[]
When Yoonji became a trainee she was in her 2nd year of middle school.
As of March 2024, she is currently in her 2nd year of high school. She is currently a student as Hanlim Multi Art School as apart of its Practical Dance Department.
Personality[]
Yoonji is very introverted, due to this, she's often mistaken as cold, but that image of her ice princess-like persona washes away once you get to know her.
She has self-described herself as someone who is a perfectionist, always wanting to make sure that what ever she does, she does it right, and with no mistakes. As such, its common for trainees in Aprica to see her in the training rooms until late at night fixing up a dance move or correcting her singing.
Once she is more comfortable with you, she starts to open up immediately, acting her age and loving to joke around, she often carries jellies and candy in her back pack and hides them throughout the company for her friends and fellow trainees to find, stating: "A little sweetness can't hurt you, live a little and live happy".
As one of the older trainees (in time, not by age), she is often seen as the female trainees leader due to her having trained the longest out of them, as such, she has also shown her leadership skills, being able to help her younger sisters and brothers when it comes to fixing mistakes that they may have made during training. This has caused her to not only be seen as a reliable older sister, but also popular amongst the trainees due to this, as such, a lot of trainees go to her for advice on their skills when possible.
Friendships[]
- Kwon Aehyun: Yoonji and Aehyun began training around the same time together, as such, a lot of their firsts as trainees were together, such as their monthly evaluations were with each other. Due to this, they often get paired together for training, with the company naming them "Keon Aeji" a combination of their names as the company have seen their teamwork together.
- Sim Jookyung: She is close to Jookyung since their trainee days back in Aprica Entertainment, when Jookyung was revealed to have been cut from the Apricot Boys line up, Yoonji was heartbroken for her friend and even more so when it was announced that he was leaving the company to join Blair Music.

- By the time Dingle Dangle aired she had been training for: 2 Years and 9 Months.
- Her favourite foods are: sweet potatoes, pickles, and radish kimchi but only her moms radish kimchi.
- She dislikes cheese and kiwi's.
- She placed first in Aprica Entertainment's monthly evaluations for their female trainees for 1 year straight, as such a reward that they gave her was she got to study abroad for 4 months, she picked to study in Italy, it was here where she got her English name Alice Jeon.
- She can speak: Japanese and basic Italian, and has said she wants to go back to Italy to study the language properly.

- Her rival in Aprica Entertainment is herself, saying that one can only be better then the version they were yesterday, so each day she trains harder to be better then her yesterday self.

- She revealed that when she auditioned for Dingle Dangle, Aprica Entertainment was surprised as they didn't think of any of their trainees potentially going onto the survival.
- If she could be one other person, she would be Um Yoonji, Um is her mothers maiden name.
