Woohee (우희) is a South Korean singer, actress under Source On Media. She is a member of the girl group FOR-EVER G. She made her solo debut with her first digital single "난 당신을 볼 때" on August 1, 2019.
History[]
2010-2017: Debut with FOR-EVER G, Brand Deals, 7 Years with FOR-EVER G[]
On February 12, 2010 Woohee debuted as a member of the Girl Group FOR-EVER G under FULLMOON Entertainment.
Even on the early stages of the debut, many stated that FOR-EVER G had some outstanding members. Two of the most talked members were Minha and Woohee. They slowly started getting more recognition over the years.
On May 13, 2014 Woohee got her first brand deal with the brand 3CE. Promoting as the ambassador for sometime.
On 2016, Woohee and Sujin got a collaborative brand deal with Nike for Women.
On January 16, 2017 FOR-EVER G members posted that they're doing something special for their 7-Years of being a Team. They teased their new special single, to be released on February 12, 2017, marking exact 7 Years of Promotions for FOR-EVER G. The single's title would be Forever.
The package version of Forever would also contain personal messages from the members.
2018-Present: Starting Acting Career, New Label, Departure from FULLMOON[]
On June 19, 2018. FULLMOON Entertainment announced that Woohee would be starring at her first drama 2 My Love, Sooyoung as the lead role of Lee Sooyoung, a struggling last-year university student who unintentionally meets up with Kim Hyukseon, A rude guy who grows a soft side for Sooyoung later on the series.
On April 16, 2019 SourceOn Media confirmed that Jang Woohee has joined their company to pursue her acting career aside from her idol career but stated that she would remain a member of FOR-EVER G and would promote with the group under FULLMOON Entertainment for the time being.
Under the new label she released a special song to her pursuing a career as a actress & singer. She released the digital single "When I See You (난 당신을 볼 때)" on August 1, 2019 marking it as her Solo Debut.
On January 20, 2020 FULLMOON Entertainment announced that FOR-EVER G would be having a Special comeback for their 10th Anniversary as a group. The mini was released on February 17, 2020.
On February 20, 2021 FULLMOON Entertainment announced that Woohee along side member Minha would be departing from the label to pursue solo careers on different labels. The members stated that they would still be promoting as a group on the future.
On January 24, 2024, SourceOn Media announced that Woohee would be releasing her first single album "How Do I Look" on February 14, 2024. That same day the agency opened the official YouTube channel for Woohee and posted the logo motion. On January 31, 2024, a trailer for the single album was released.
On April 27, 2025, Actor Sun Junhyuk and Woohee revealed that they're a couple, the couple revealed that they've been seeing each other since 2023 and enjoy each other's company. Source On Media and Cabinet Artists confirmed the news.
