Trainee Life[]
Weekdays (Monday to Friday)
A trainee's day starts exactly at 6 AM, and they are given an hour to prepare for the day and have breakfast before the official classes start at 7 AM. Depending on their schedule, they will be attending different classes. The major classes are vocal and dance, and every trainee is required to attend them. Minor classes such as rap, acting, modelling, and language are also given by the company, though they are not a prerequisite, and they can be taken by the trainee only if they wanted to.
Lunch time is around 12-1 PM, which is in between the classes. Classes end at 6 PM, and trainees are allowed to do as they please around the company after classes. Dinner is served at 7:30 PM in the trainee dormitory, where a cafeteria is located at the ground floor. The dormitories also have a curfew, which is at 10 PM, and all trainees must be at the dorms by that time.
Trainees who are enrolled at schools take their company classes in the afternoon instead, and they are allowed to take only one minor class so their schedule will not be overloaded.
Weekends (Saturday to Sunday)
Weekends are free days for the trainees. They may do as they please, and are free to use the companies facilities as long as they are allowed in there. Mostly, these days are used by the trainees to practice for their monthly evaluations either in groups or solos if they want to. Also, the curfew for weekends are extended for 30 minutes, which makes it 10:30 PM for the trainees' curfew.
Evaluations
- The monthly evaluations for each classes are held at the end of the month.
- New trainees are excused at their first monthly evaluation since it is possible that they are not given the same amount of time to prepare unlike the other trainees.
- If there are classes during that day, all classes are cancelled.
- The trainees are given a rest day after their monthly evaluations.
- Performance classes (vocal, dance, including rap) are evaluated individually, even if they are in a group.
- The evaluation is led by the teachers together with the A&R team.
- The CEO of the company may also be part of the evaluation, and it is not given whether he will be watching over or not.
- The trainees are allowed to perform whatever they want to as long as it is not offensive in anyway.
- Evaluations for acting classes are held by the acting coach who taught the trainees.
- Evaluations for modelling classes are held by the modelling coach who taught the trainees.
- Evaluations for language classes are held by the language teacher who taught the trainees.
Holidays
- All classes and other schedules in the company are cancelled during a holiday.
- During Christmas eve until the New Years, the trainees are allowed to return to their homes to celebrate the occasion. If a trainee wishes to travel to another country during the break, they must inform the company a few days before the break starts, and they are provided with the travel money and other expenses.
