Imera Co., also known as IMERA Corporation (Korean:하이트), is a South Korean entertainment business which Lee Jinseok founded in 2005 under the name AGON Entertainment Co., Ltd. The business also functions as a record label, talent agency, music production company, concert production company, event management company, and music publishing organization.
The company has multiple subsidiaries, including Agon Entertainment, NIGHTMINE Entertainment, BE: ONE LAB, M&A Entertainment, PHX Entertainment and SKYR1M MUSIC collectively known as Imera Labels.
Some of the most well-known artists in the field, including SWAN, Illusion, MATRYIX, QUANTUM, The Loners Association,KIRAZ ,WOOBIN and IMMORPHIA as well as others, are handled by IMERA.
