ICSY (아이캔시유) is a 8-members South Korean girl group under GoUp Entertainment. Originally as 9, they made their debut on July 1, 2023, with their first single album SUPERSTICIOUS under the name CSY.
History[]
Pre-Debut:[]
on July 19, 2022, GoUp Entertainment revealed their trainee team of potential female trainees to debut as their next big girl group. The girls would be going by the name CSY standing for Creative Sounds of Youth. That same day the first three members Jeongyeom, Janice and Euijin were revealed with the titular photoshoot WELCOME TO THE HOUSE.
On August 23, 2022, CSY revealed two new members, Junhee and Ara alongside with the titular photoshoot WELCOME TO THE HOUSE, Season 2.
On September 7, 2022, GoUp Entertainment announced that the group's final 3 members would be revealed later this month.
On September 20, 2022, CSY revealed the last remaining members, Yunki, Dea and Choyoon with the titular photoshoot WELCOME TO THE HOUSE, Season 3.
On October 8, 2022, CSY posted the titular photoshoot WELCOME TO THE HOUSE, CSY. A photoshoot consisting all the members of CSY together. The same day GoUp Entertainment confirmed that the group would be making their debut under the same name.
On October 16, 2022, CSY held a V-Live for the first time, where they revealed the fandom name to be EOS. They also revealed that the group's name is spelled like Chessi.

On January 3, 2023, GoUp Entertainment revealed that the group would be debuting sometime in the first or second half of 2023 with their first single album SUPERSTICIOUS.
On April 20, 2023, GoUp Entertainment announced that Cao Yining would be withdrawing from the show Awakening: Rebirth of Stars and would join the group CSY as the ninth member.
On June 1, 2023, GoUp Entertainment revealed that CSY would make their official debut on July 1, 2023, with their first single album SUPERSTICIOUS.
2023-Present:[]
On January 1, 2024, it was revealed that CSY would be making a comeback on January 26, 2024 with their first mini album Bubble Loop.
On June 11, 2024, GoUp Entertainment revealed that Yunki and Euijin would be leaving the group for personal reasoning. The agency revealed that CSY will be recognized as a 7-piece girl group from now on. The agency also revealed that they're going to start preparation for the group's comeback after Jeongyeom's debut with Soli7are. The agency also released a special photoshoot featuring the 7 members titled 'CSY White Portfolio - 2024'.
On September 16, 2024, GoUp Entertainment revealed that CSY will be making a comeback with their second mini album "A midsummer night's dream". The mini would be released on October 9, 2024. A concept trailer was released for the comeback.
On December 1, 2024, GoUp Entertainment announced that Meredith, along BLOSSOM and CSY would be releasing a collaborative single "Pretty Girl Christmas" on December 16, 2024.
On February 1, 2025, GoUp Entertainment announced that Semah would be joining CSY.
On February 16, 2025, GoUp Entertainment announced that the group would be pre-releasing their first single "First Love (첫사랑)" on February 24, 2025.
On April 21, 2025, GoUp Entertainment announced that CSY would be making their next comeback with their third mini album None or All, the mini would be released on May 19, 2025. In the same announced they announced that CSY would be going now by ICSY (I Can See You), shortly after the SNS accounts were rebranded and the comeback trailer was published.
