Huh Nahyuk (허나혁), also known as simply Nahyuk, is a Korean-Canadian singer and dancer under SYSHOME. They are a member of the unlimited-member boy group ELEMENT and a former member of project group Moonboy.
He is most notable for competing on the large-scale reality survival show Find Your DREAM.
Early Life[]
Nahyuk was born in Whitehorse, The Yukon, Canada, to a Canadian mother and a South Korean father. They moved to Jeju Island when he was 7.
Career[]
2024: Find Your DREAM[]
Sometime in 2024, they were introduced as a contestant on Find Your DREAM as a member of Moonboy. Unfortunately, during the first nightmare, his team placed 9th overall, thus he and his teammates were eliminated. He left LB Media shortly afterwards.
2025-present: ELEMENT[]
As a member of the unit Lanthanides, ELEMENT introduced Nahyuk as a new member.
Personal Life[]
Troubles as a LGBTQ+ person[]
In a Instagram post, he explained his troubles as a K-pop trainee who is a member of the LGBTQ+ community. He explained that when he joined a company, he was subjected to insults and slurs by staff regarding his gender, which consequently lowered Nahyuk's confidence to perform. He hopes that by debuting, he can be an influential people for people who do not identify as being male nor female. Their post immediately received positive acclaim among netizens, with fans saying that they will protect him at all costs. He also began trending on social platforms, namely X, Instagram, and Bluesky.
