HILUCK (Korean: 하이럭; Japanese: ハイラック; also sometimes stylized as HI-LUCK) is a 8-members South Korean girl group under KONE MUSIC. They made their debut on July 1, 2024, with their first single album The Luckitty Cat.
History[]
Pre-Debut:[]
On June 1, 2020, Kaim Entertainment revealed that they're planned on launching their first girl group sometime in the near future. They revealed that they will be holding auditions the following month till September 1st, 2020.
On December 31, 2021, Kaim Entertainment opened the official SNS accounts for their pre-debut group, going by the name Kaim Girls. They slowly revealed throughout 2022 and early 2023 six trainees in total: Canny, Harin, Suhyun, Gahyun, Baram and Shion.
On July 19, 2023, Kaim Entertainment announced the departures of Suhyun, Gahyun and Shion. The agency revealed that the debut would be pushed for 2024 with new members also joining after.
On December 31, 2023, Kaim Entertainment dropped the first teaser for their upcoming girl group "Hush, Cat". The agency revealed that they will debut sometime in 2024, which is yet to be determined since the agency is looking for new trainees to join as members of the group.
Debut:[]
On April 8, 2024, Kaim Entertainment changed the Kaim Girls account to HILUCK. Confirming the group name, The agency revealed that HILUCK would be made up of 8 very talented members that will make their debut on the summer of 2024.
On May 1, 2024, the first member Yuuna was revealed, she was a former contestant on Girls' Fantasy: Japan, followed by Hyewon on May 2nd, who was a contestant on NEXT IN CLASS, Canny on May 3rd, Jo Hye on May 4th, Harin on May 5th, Jinyi on May 6th, Maisie on May 7th and Baram on May 8th. The group picture and official profiles were posted on May 10th, 2024.
On June 1, 2024, Kaim Entertainment revealed that HILUCK would make their awaited debut on July 1, 2024, with their first single album The Luckitty Cat.
2025-Present[]
On March 24, 2025, Kaim Entertainment announced that they would be rebranding to KONE MUSIC, with the same announcement they also revealed that HILUCK would be making a comeback with their first mini album Stargazers, the mini would be released on April 21, 2025.
