Flugene (플루진) is a 8-members up-coming South Korean girl group under LUV Entertainment. They will make their awaited debut on April 16, 2025, with their first digital single At Heart.
History[]
Pre-debut[]
On August 1, 2024, LUV Entertainment revealed that they're going to debut a new girl group early 2025. The group would be called IW2L. SNS accounts for the group were opened that same day.
Rumors started that former Girls' Fantasy finalist, Han Gavin would be a member of the group. During the show's finale she ranked 17th overall.
Debut:[]
On January 8, 2025, Bae Siwoo and Han Gavin were revealed as the group's first two members. Bae Siwoo previously was a member of the girl group iberis and a former contestant on I-Dream α.
On January 12, 2025, Seowon, Maya and Eunkyung were revealed as the next two members, Maya was a contestant on GIRLS DEBUT GUIDE previously. On January 15, 2025, Sylvie, Hamin and Oyoung were revealed.
On January 20, 2025, IW2L accounts changed to Flugene, LUV Entertainment revealed that IW2L would be debuting under the name Flugene and they announced that Gavin would be changing her name to Grey and Maya would be going as Madeline.
On March 24, 2025, LUV Entertainment announced that Flugene would be making their awaited debut on April 16, 2025, with their first digital single At Heart.
