FEARNOT (피어나) was a four member girl group under DALCOM Studios. Originally as 6, they debuted on April 8, 2024 with their first mini album IM FEARLESS. The group disbanded on August 8, 2024.
History[]
Pre-debut[]
On March 8, 2024, DALCOM Studios announced that they will be debuting a six-member girl group in April.
On March 10, the group launched their social media accounts and dropped their first debut teaser.
On March 11, Kim Jiwoo was introduced as the group's first member, followed by Kim Yoona on March 12, Jeon Yooyeon on March 13, Manami on March 14, Aya on March 15, and Lee Hyunhee on March 16.
2024: Debut, fandom name, Yoona and Hyunhee departure, disbandment[]
On April 8, FEARNOT debuted with the release of their first mini-album IM FEARLESS.
On April 29, it was announced that FEARNOT's official fan club name would be FINI.
On August 7, Yoona was arrested and sentenced to three years in prison for blackmailing and extorting DALCOM Studios' CEO, Lee Jiwoon. She was additionally fined ₩120,000,000 for the damages caused. After her sentencing, she was briefly transferred to Cheongju Correctional Facility for Women, thus leaving FEARNOT as 5. Later that day, Hyunhee announced via Instagram that she'd be withdrawing from FEARNOT due to safety concerns regarding the Kim Yoon-ah scandal.
One day later, DALCOM Studios announced that FEARNOT would be disbanding as the remaining 4 members did not want to continue without Hyunhee.
