Ethereal Productions (미묘한 프로덕션) is a South Korean entertainment company established in 2019, managed by Han Byun-Sok.
Basic info[]
The company was created by the CEOs after they were "unjustly kicked out of one of the most famous k-pop companies' production team", as stated by themselves, in order to pursue their dreams of managing a company were idols and staff would be respected.
Auditions are accepted and evaluated constantly, and new trainees get chosen every 6 months.
In October 22. 2023 investor Park Haerim established Team CON-X-ION as an Ethereal Productions subsidiary.
In november 8th, 2023, during an interview, it was stated by both CEOs that they would never accept a trainee under 12 years of age, neither would they ever debut an idol under 16. Aside from that, they also stated they plan to have a "balanced group debuting schedule", wich means they don't want to debut 2 girl/boy groups in a row, instead planning to always debut a girl group after a boy group, and viceversa.
Nabi was the company's first artist, debuting on December 15th, 2024. The very next month Soo Yeonhee would go on to debut as Kuin, the company's first soloist.
The project group LIL'EVER was formed on the first half of 2024, and finally debuted on May 20th.
The pre-debut group VALEN7IA released a single to anticipate their debut on September 2024, but it ended up being postponed indefinitely on November.
After a series of conflictive events, on October of 2024 Kang Jihye decided to leave the company to fund her own. Later, all members of Nabi, Soo Yeonhee, 3 members of VALEN7IA and a few of Ethereal's trainees moved to her new company, Moon Choir Entertainment.

Birth Of Butterflies trainee program[]
The BOB traiee program was a special concept created to choose the members of Nabi. The company choose 8 trainees, and then these 8 voted for 2 more, and the 10 trainees were rigurously prepared from July 2021 to June 2023 and, out of the 10 trainees, 4 were chosen as the final members, althought the other 6 were allowed to stay in the company if they wanted as well.
