Zhang Enlai (張恩來), better known by his stage name Espada (에스파다) is a Taiwanese model, songwriter and rapper under Heaven's Entertainment. He is the lead rapper, lead dancer and visual of the boy group 6topia.
Early life[]

Espada was born and raised in Tainan City, Taiwan. He is the only child of Zhang Wen-Hsiung and Zhang Yi-Chen. When Espada was 8, he was signed to a kids modeling agency and was very passionate in the modeling field until high school. He modeled for various fashion magazines and several Television ads. He left the modeling world after he decided to pursue his ultimate dream of being a Kpop idol.
Before auditioning for Heaven's Entertainment, Espada went for YG Entertainment but was later rejected. He returned home to further harness his dancing and rapping skills before again attempting to audition, this time with Heaven's Ent. He managed to get through to the final round, making him the sole Taiwanese auditionee to do so. The judges were charmed by his breathtaking visuals and unique characters. People said he has a bewitching charm that makes everyone falls in love with him. He became a trainee in early 2013, making him the last trainee to debut the following year as 6topia's visual and lead rapper.
Name[]
His stage name, Espada, is taken from his favorite manga, Bleach. It means 'sword' in Spanish.
He alternates the spelling of Utopia to @you_topia and uses it as his Instagram handle. He mentioned that the "you" refers to his dear Utopians.
Career[]
2010-2014: Heaven's Entertainment and Debut with 6topia[]
On January 7, 2014, Espada was officially revealed as 6topia's sixth and last member through Heaven's Entertainment SNS and YouTube. The group debuted on February 14, 2014, with the single "Human Nature." Not only because of his handsome visual, but Espada also gained popularity through his shining character and rap performance through their debut era. He is known to be the "dorky trickster" of the group due to his mischief and easy-going attitude on camera.

The group's debut mini album, Touchdown: Dystopia, was released on July 18, 2014, alongside its second single, "Chaos Theory."
2015: Fool's Paradise & Never After[]
In 2015, 6topia released their second mini-album Fool's Paradise (January 30) and first studio album, Never After (October 9), with Espada heavily involved in the songwriting process. He revealed how he thoroughly enjoyed the process of the record-making, in particular Never After as it was their first time making an album. Through both releases' promotions, he felt that more people got to know them and gave their support. He is proud that many people came to love The Dystopian Trilogy as much as he does. He was very grateful to be surrounded by his family and friends too, so whenever he felt overwhelmed with his busy schedule, he always had a place to rejuvenate.
2021-present[]
On his 23rd birthday, Heaven's Entertainment released "Worship Song", a song by one of Heaven's most well-known producer and soloist HARAM, which features Espada as guest artist, composer, writer, and actor in its music video.
Espada produced the theme song of KBC's 2024 boy group survival show, Find Your DREAM, titled "Fantastic Dreams (Shine)".
Personality[]
The rascal, trickster, and mischievous member of 6topia who everyone adores. Espada describes himself as "the sword" of the group who will fight with them until it serves its purpose—which is yet to be discovered. He is intelligent, intuitive, talented, and knows how to turn a situation in his favor. Jack, the leader of 6topia, mentioned that Espada can succeed at almost everything he sets their mind to and dubbed him "6topia's hidden ace."

The charming visual of the group possesses energetic and loud traits on and off-stage. Espada has stable energy on stage, proven by how he could rap, dance, and sing for hours and hours during concerts. Off-stage...well, he usually goes to bother his hyungs and dongsaengs and loves to pester them to hang out with him. He knows that no one can turn him down, so he uses it to his advantage—which earned him the nicknamed "rascal" by the members.
As someone who enjoys talking and listening to people, he is the most active member on social media and would often spam Weverse comments when bored. Connecting to other people, especially his fans, is a therapeutic way for him to stay positive, especially during his busy days. One of his many hobbies is to engage in a deep talk until late at night—and he would do this often with his fellow members, notably Jack and Haku.
Espada loves to spend time nurturing his inner child. He will always have a youthful heart that will make him curious about everything—and never forget to include his favorite people on the journey alongside him.

Our lil' meow meow. haku. was such a tiny baby when we just debuted--look at him now! Being at his ripe and everything. Sometimes he doesn't like being babied around but come on, how can you look at him and not have the urge to just do whatever he wants? (laughing). He's younger than me, but he has much more life experiences than me...tough ones. That's why I promised myself and him to protect each other, y'know? Life as an idol can be challenging, and I am never tired of reminding the most vulnerable person out of the six of us because he's the youngest that we will always be here for them. And he needs to know when to take a rest! So when he needs one, I would take him around places he would like to visit. Eat things he wants to eat and all that good stuff. Man, I just realized how he means a lot to me (and also that I'm such a good hyung!; laughing).
