Emilian Flores is a Filipino-Korean trainee under StarLight Entertainment and is currently a trainee with BYETOILE Academy. He is a former member of the boy group LITTLE BLEND.
History[]
Early Life[]
Emilian Flores was born on January 5th, 2008, in Cebu City, Philippines. In 2010, his family moved to Sydney, Australia for his mother's work as a marine biology researcher. Emilian attended Darlington Public School for his elementary education.
Emilian developed an interest in dance through a series of videos of jazz performances that his father kept from his own childhood. His father was supportive of Emilian wanting to join a dance academy. Emilian started taking jazz and hip-hop lesssons at a dance school a few days a week in 2015 in a young dancers program.
In 2017, Emilian's family moved to Ulsan, South Korea. Again, the move was related to his mother's work. Emilian was scouted by a marketing and acting agency in 2018. He joined a youth performance group styled after a K-pop group called LITTLE BLEND. LITTLE BLEND recorded and performed original songs for a series of commercials for a juice brand. The group was based out of Ulsan, but Emilian would travel to Busan for recordings. LITTLE BLEND was a local success, selling a considerable amount of copies of their promotional song singles. The LITTLE BLEND campaign continued throughout several series of commercials. Emilian, through his work with LITTLE BLEND, was offered roles in commercials for local companies. He made his professional acting debut in a minor role of a drama in 2019. LITTLE BLEND disbanded in 2020 due to the pandemic and due to the marketing company shifting their focus to a different strategy.
Emilian returned to being a normal student after LITTLE BLEND's disbandment. He joined an online dance studio and returned to taking jazz lessons. Emilian had enjoyed being a semi-idol with LITTLE BLEND, and wanted to become an idol.
Pre-debut[]
Emilian joined StarLight Entertainment in 2022 as a dance trainee. He began training with BYETOILE Academy in 2024 as a part of their fourth audition trainees.
