Dance Woman Fighter (댄스우먼파이터) often abbreviated as DWF is a South Korean Dance-Survival-Reality show which invites 8 female dance crews to fight for the position of the best female dance crew. It's scheduled to air on December 12, 2023 at 20:50 KST on SCS.
Prior to it's airing the series was renewed for a second season Dance Woman Fighter 2.
History[]
On September 12, 2023, SCS announced their newest reality-survival show including 8 renowned dance crews from South Korea and from Japan. This show would take a different approach from BOMB THE STAGE as more advantageous and a bigger budget invested.
On October 1, 2023, SCS revealed all 8 female dance crews following WARP, NEW CHIC', HOP;PER, JellyBEE, FANTOM, DARE DANCE, Querencia and GOLD FANG.
On the grand finale, FANTOM ranked 1st overall, taking the win for the best dance group on the show. At the end of the show, a teaser for Dance Woman Fighter 2 was released.
