Dan Arah (단아라) is a South Korean singer and dancer under CloudKey Entertainment. She made her solo debut on October 9, 2018 with her first digital single "Play Style".
History[]
Pre-Debut[]
Dan Arah previously trained for 4 years under Limitless Entertainment before ultimately leaving sometime on January 2018.
She also took part on Dancing Queen (Season 1) on 2016 Ranking overall at the second place unable to beat Yoo Seongyeon. She had a lot of fans that she made throughout the show, waiting for her to debut.
On March 23, 2018, It was revealed that Dan Arah has joined MyWorld Entertainment to continue working on her career as a future soloist.
2018-2022: Solo Debut, International Recognition[]
She officially debuted on 2018 with the single Play Style which was released on October 9, 2918, the single rapidly topped the charts. She continued her success with the debut and numerous comebacks throughout the years to come.
On 2019 she was assigned as an Ambassador of the high fashion brand B'Luviane, marking her first endorsement. Dan Arah then started gaining more international recognition, to the point that she is considered one of the best South Korean Female Soloists.
On March 13, 2021, The First teaser for her first Full Album "Edge" was revealed through social media. Revealing that the album would be released on May 5, 2021.
on May 10, 2022, MyWorld Entertainment announced that Dan Arah would be leaving the label and would pursue her solo career elsewhere.
on May 15, 2022, CloudKey Entertainment announced that Dan Arah would be joining their label with an exclusive contract.
On September 13, 2022, Cloudkey announced that Dan Arah is preparing to release the next mini album titled Cleary to be released on October 2, 2022.
2023-Present:[]
On February 1, 2023, CloudKey Entertainment revealed that Dan Arah would release a special single "Luck" for February 14, 2023.
On August 21, 2023, CloudKey Entertainment announced that Dan Arah would be making her comeback with her second Single Album "Breeze". The single was released on September 13, 2023.
