The first single from Ear Candy, "Cookie", was released on December 29, 2023. The song garnered controversy among critics and fans alike to due its lyrics which many claimed had sexual undertones, inappropriate for the members' young ages. LSG Entertainment did not comment on the criticism.

2024: SOUNDSCAPE[]
On February 27, 2024, LSG revealed DREAMSCAPE had plans to release 2 full-length albums by the end of the year; 1 in English and 1 in Korean. The albums will be promoted as a single era.

On August 28, 2024, just 2 days before their debut album's release, the members of DREAMSCAPE were involved in a controversy after Chloe and Paris' private TikTok and Instagram accounts had their contents leaked to the public by a non-celebrity friend of the pair. The leaks included videos of all members (including Meiling, Paris and Haerin who were underaged) vaping, and singing along to songs that Korean media deemed as innappropriate. Following the controversy, a number of fans called for the departure of Chloe and Paris from the group. The 2 members issued a concise apology to fans on messaging app Bubble, while LSG Entertaiment's CEO Lee Seo-gun asked the public to be understanding, as all 5 members were teenagers at the time.
"SOUNDSCAPE" was officially released to streaming, digital download, CD and vinyl formats on August 30, 2024. "Cardboard box" was sent to radio as the 4th single the same day. The album recieved immense critical acclaim by music critics, who praised it's retro sound, reminiscent of late 1990s and 2000s pop & RnB. It was included in many year-end lists of the best albums from 2024. The album was a worldwide commercial success, reaching #1 in numerous countries and breaking streaming records across all platforms.
