DOA Entertainment (Korean: 도아 엔터테인먼트; acronym of Developing Ones Art) is a South Korean entertainment company and record label founded in March 2022 by former HYBE employee and current CEO, Kang Mi-nah.
History[]
2022: Founding & auditions, TWELVE: Who Will Be[]

Kang Mi-nah has been the CEO of DOA since its founding.
Kang Mi-nah, who previously worked at HYBE Corporation as a songwriter, made her decision to leave the company in 2022 in order to start her own. She then later established DOA Entertainment in March of 2022, where she took the role as CEO of the company. The company subsequently announced the launch of "DOA: The Startup", a global audition, and took place from January 2, 2023 to March 1, 2023. The purpose was to recruit new trainees regardless of gender or nationality for future groups that can debut, and was open to people born between 1998 and 2009.
At September 2022, they announced that they will collab with Mnet to hold a survival show to make their first girl group with a group contract of two and a half years, the show is called TWELVE: Who Will Be, the show will make a twelve member girl group, the showed went on for twelve weeks until at the final episode that the show would make the twelve member girl group, ECLATIQUE. The group would be trained and managed by DOA Entertainment themselves.
2023: Debut of first artist[]
On June 19, 2023, ECLATIQUE officially debuted.
2024: Second global audition[]
From January 2 to February 26, 2024, DOA hosted a series of worldwide online and offline auditions, titled “DOA GLOBAL AUDITIONS ”, to recruit members for their first girl group and first act overall. The company thereupon began posting videos promoting said auditions on their YouTube channel; offline auditions will be held in countries South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, and New Zealand, under the direction of Kang Mi-nah, according to CMO Maeng Hye-in.
2025: Acquisition by RUN Entertainment[]
On March 11, 2025, it was announced that RUN Entertainment acquired DOA Entertainment therefore making it a sub-label of RUN Entertainment.
