Company of Dreams (꿈의 동반자) is a South Korean entertainment agency founded on June 5, 2024, by Highline Media creative director Hong Su-jun.
The company is a subsidiary of Highline Media and was created to house survival show groups and project groups. The agency has no ideal intentions on debuting its trainees.
History[]
2024-present: Establishment, Find Your DREAM, Find Your WISDOM[]
Sometime in April of 2024, Highline Media was found to have trademarked the name "Find Your Dream" as well as "Company of Dreams", the former being rumored to be a name of an upcoming show and the ladder being a new company.
On June 4, 2024, the show's social media accounts were made, revealing the survival show name to be Find Your DREAM and the show's contestants consisting of 90 male contestants. The next day, the final group was revealed to be managed by Company of Dreams, a subsidiary established by Highline Media for project groups.
On January 1, 2025, Company of Dreams announced auditions for a female reality survival show that was set to be the sequel to Find Your DREAM. The auditions had female trainees apply and had no limits on nationality, age, and debut status; however, the trainee had to not be affiliated with a current company. On February 13, 2025, a month after the auditions opened, it was reported that the auditions had ended after the company decided to close them. According to the agency, approximately 20k trainees applied. The next day, the show's name was announced to be Find Your WISDOM. Social media accounts were created the same day, also revealing that the show will reveal 10 contestants each day until they reached 90 contestants.
