Choi Gyuri (최규리) is a South Korean trainee under SYNK IN.
She is best known for being a contestant on the South Korean survival show Starborn Stage.

2022-2024: Pledis Entertainment, 2024 SYNK IN Global Audition[]
In 2022, Gyuri passed auditions for Pledis Entertainment. In 2024, she departed from the agency.
In December of 2024, Gyuri found a global audition from SYNK IN and decided to apply, and was accepted.
2025-Present: 2025 SYNK IN Trainee Showcase, Starborn Stage[]
On January 1, 2025, Gyuri performed with the trainee group HighRise at the 2025 SYNK IN Trainee Showcase, with Gyuri taking the 6th place spot.
On January 24, 2025, Gyuri was introduced as a contestant on SYNK IN’s survival show Starborn Stage. On the sixth episode, she was unfortunately eliminated from the show and was unable to participate in Part 2, ranking 16th.
