Cho Sungho (조성호), is a South Korean singer, model, and actor under LOTUSBASE. He was the former member and leader of the boy group INFIN81 and a former member of the trainee team, TENROOKIES M. He placed fifth on the reality survival show INFINITEEZ: The Reverse Project, making him a member of the boy group INFIN81.

Early Life[]
Sungho was born in April 16, 1997 in Gangnam, South Korea as his birth name Cho Sungho. He has two younger brothers, Cho Joon-gi (23) and Cho Sol-woo (19). As a child, Sungho initially is not interested in the career path of a singer. His father, Cho Yong-seob is not a popular actor, but his roles has a lot of range, from an innocent postman into a madman who is on the run. Interested in acting, Sungho started acting in commercials at a young age of 5, unaware of the dangers of the industry. His peers starts to know about Sungho's early acting career, and heavily supported him. His parents wholeheartedly supported Sungho's choices, and this made his father's career skyrocketed, becoming the respected actor he is now.
Sungho is also a model, albeit not an established one. He walked the runway since he was 9 years old, and until then he starts to keep his career a secret. Though he has other hobbies that he really appreciates. He loves singing, and he thinks singing is a glue to his acting career. Initially, he wants to sing because he went to karaokes several times with his friends. He was the "vocal" one when it comes to karaoke, even though Sungho admits he is not good at singing. With a passion for karaoke, Sungho's friend, Ji Yoo-young, started a "school band" and advertised it as an extension of music class. The school band then went on to sing in school events, and he was the lead singer along with Daah Myung, who later became a K-rnb singer and quite popular in her field. This fascination starts to grow, and he has aspirations to be an idol. Watching TVXQ's concert, makes him tear up and realizes, that singing is art and Sungho feels inspired to take the hard path of an idol. Even if it means abandoning his model and acting career for some time.
In 2011, he auditioned for several different companies. Notably, he auditioned for the big three companies, Jellyfish Entertainment, RBW Entertainment and Loen Entertainment (Currently known as Kakao M). He failed five auditions, but Sungho will never give up that easily. Though he was proven that he doesn't need to wait for answers; as his modelling tape and his acting demo reel went viral on the internet. With such a young age, he exudes a star charisma with his cold, sharp visuals and his soft and attractive voice. Sungho was surprised that he was bombarded with requests for him to be a trainee. He contemplated his decision, and decided to join one company that stood out to him the most; Ten Eclipse Entertainment (Now known as EKLEIPSIS Entertainment). The CEO Mikayla Lee didn't expect much of him at first, but she knows how to spot a legendary trainee. He passed the audition with ease.
Sungho stayed as a trainee for a couple of years until the debut of ROSEGOLD. He met members of BRANDY and of course his future member Yamato and Aureole. His leadership skills is apparent in their trainee years, helping young Yamato and Dihsiang assimilate in their time in Korea. Despite being an "unpopular" trainee, he was the hyung younger trainees depend on and the older trainees give advice on.

2013: ROSEGOLD, ROSEGOLD's disbandment[]
In 2013, he was scheduled to debut along with six other trainees in the pre debut boy group, ROSEGOLD. After two years of training and preparations, the members are revealed through a busking event. The group sports many talented visuals and singers, and they were ready to debut. However their debut ultimately was cancelled due to an accident causing their manager's life and two of the members severely injured. After this unfortunate news, he went back into training before appearing on the survival show INFINITEEZ: The Reverse Project.

Jo Sungho was confirmed as an upcoming contestant on Capsize's reality show INFINITEEZ: revitalize. He auditioned at the Seoul branch, which is notorious for having talented auditionees. Sungho auditioned for the dance category, and was admitted to the competition. His specialty was dancing. Even though he doesn't have any dance skills prior to his time at Ten Eclipse, his steady improvement earn him the title "The Self-Improvement King" from the trainees.

On August 19th, 2024, it was revealed that he would be featuring in Eunwon's debut mini album PARADISE GETAWAY, in the song "Shivers".
On October 9th, it was announced that he would be set to appear in spring 2025 Korean drama Good Luck Charm as the male lead.
On November 18th, it was revealed that he would be serving as the MC for reality survival show Titans At War.

On April 13th, it was announced that he would serving as one of the dance trainers (aka "Vortex Navigator") for CBC's survival show STAR RAIL.
𑁍 Personality[]
Sungho is described as a people person, but he is also mysterious and unpredictable when it comes to his thoughts. He also pays attention to the way he looks due to his model influence, and has an amazing sense of fashion. When he walks, he exudes presence right off the bat, and that's why people are inclined to pay attention to him. He also don't take things seriously, and he is really good at initiating conversation and including people's opinions. Despite not being a leader material at first glance, his experience in the industry is already proven enough why he is the leader. Sungho adopted Yamato's mannerisms when it comes to crafting a sentence, especially on formal interviews. Sungho is the second person to make friends with people easily after Wooseong. He is flirty and witty, which the fans dubbed him as “flirty leader” or "sexy leader". Sungho would do the most fan-service along with Sora, but he is quick to draw the line if something went too far.
