Chin Hye-Young(속혜영) is a singer and a actress under Aqua Entertainment and formerly under JYP Entertainment.

Hyeoung was born in Busan,South Korea she was the youngest sibling among Seonghyeon . Their parents own a diner until it suddenly goes bankrupt because only a few customers are coming into their diner. She graduated from Busan Foreign School along with Seonghyeon.
During 2019 she joined JYP Entertainment to pursue her dreams. She trained there for only 2 years when she decided to leave JYP due to personal reasons and was also almost part of the line-up of NMIXX.
She joined Aqua for her actress career but instead she was part of the STARZ line-up due to her two years of training in JYP, Unfortunately at July 2024 she left STARZ due to injuries and also her actress career.
On November 18, 2024, she was announced that she was going to be in a musical called SIN/KING for the main role as Cha Jinah.
