History[]
Cameron Wilson was born in Bethesda, Maryland as the elder of two daughters. She attended Alice Deal Middle School. During this time, she was introduced to the genre of K-pop during a music assignment where students were instructed to find a band or artist from a different country. While looking for an artist for her assignment, she discovered the South Korean boy group 5tion, immediately taking an interest in the genre and growing inspired to become a K-pop idol despite her ethnicity.
She began learning Korean from a young age and began attending Mainstream Dance Academy in Mount Laurel Township, New Jersey after she and her family moved. In 2013, she moved out to South Korea to establish a professional singing career.
