CNAG (Temporary Name) is an upcoming seven-member girl group under CNA Entertainment. They will make their debut sometime in late 2025-early 2026.

History[]

Pre-Debut[]

In 2017, Ryu Yong-il joined CNA Entertainment as its first female trainee. In 2018, Mizuno Somiko joined CNA Entertainment as its second female trainee.

In 2019, LISK Entertainment was actively looking for trainees for their new girl group, later known as OCTAVA. Park Min-hee was one of these trainees, who was unfortunately eliminated from the lineup in 2020.

In 2019, two trainees joined CNA, Moo Jin-kyung and Kim Sanghee, as well as in 2020 when two trainees joined, Sang In-Suk and Park Min-hee.

In 2020, trainee Han Wonyi joined RISE Entertainment, becoming a member of its first group, MiXXiS (known then as RISEn). She was unfortunately eliminated from the lineup. She began participating in the survival show Galaxy Pass 999, when the show was unfortunately discontinued. She then left the agency in 2021.

In 2021, Jang Whan, Han Wonyi, and Bae Chin-sun joined CNA Entertainment, while Sang In-Suk left the agency shortly after and joined Sakura Labels Korea, where she then joined the girl group LVELI in 2023.

In January of 2022, trainees Bae Chin-sun, Ryu Yong-il, and Mizuno Somiko began participating in the survival show Star Maker 101, but were unfortunately all eliminated in the first round. In May of 2022, Bae Chin-sun left the agency and joined Bee Entertainment.

In December of 2022, trainee Ryu Yong-il began participating in the survival show WARRIORS, where she ultimately ended up ranking 9th.

In January of 2023, CNA Entertainment opened SNS accounts for their group of female trainees.

On January 1, 2025, the group performed at the 2025 SYNK IN Trainee Showcase, earning first place, tied with upcoming K-Pop-C-pop group XINGG.
