CINDIKAT (Korean: 신디캇) is a six-members girl group under AMAZE. They made their debut on August 12, 2024, with their first single Scratch.
Their name comes from the symbolism of the name Cyndi which means moon and Kat which is another variation of saying Cat, the name means Moons Cat.
History[]
Pre-Debut:[]
On August 1, 2023, Source On announced that they have teamed up with the American record label ROLL Records to create AMAZE, the new joint agency would be debuting an English based girl group under the company next year around the same time of the announcement. They revealed that 7 girls from the pop star project have passed and would be joining the agency to prepare to debut as a girl group.
On March 14, 2024, AMAZE announced the departures of Siara and Meiher, two long-time trainees from the label and they would be pursuing elsewhere.
2024-Present:[]
On June 1, 2024, AMAZE revealed that the group would be called CINDIKAT, the members were revealed in the following order: Jayda, Melanie, Brooke, Hyewon, Avery and Sabrina. The members were introduced through daily trailers with their own individual charms.
On July 24, 2024, AMAZE announced that CINDIKAT will make their awaited debut with their first digital single Scratch on August 14, 2024.
On October 14, 2024, AMAZE announced that CINDIKAT will release their second digital single Willow on November 4, 2024.
On February 14, 2025, AMAZE announced that CINDIKAT would be releasing their first EP titled "Amo-Ur" on March 24, 2025.
