CASE1 is a 13-member multinational boy group under White Arch Labels. They debuted in January 8, 2024 with their mini album, Underestimated Debate.

The group have 2 units, TRIAL and ERROR.

Their creative director is Sayeon.

Concept

Name

The name comes from the word "case" which are the unsolved mysteries and crimes in the lore and the number "1" means the members can solve the mysteries and crimes as one group.

History

Pre-formation

Prior to the formation of the group, the members already had pre-debut activities.

Hisoka Kamiya had produced a lot of music for different artists, both inside and outside White Arch Labels and trained in the company for 4 years.

Park Yugmin had trained in KQ Entertainment and Pixel Entertainment, was part of KQ Fellaz and had competed in The 4 Seasons. He left both companies and joined White Arch Labels.

Ong Daeho had trained under Sakura Labels Korea and was a contestant of Out Of Se7en. He was also part of Sakura Rookies before he transferred to White Arch Labels.

Ong Daesung was also a trainee under Sakura Labels Korea. He also had produced for different artists inside and outside Sakura Labels Family and its subsidiaries. He was then transferred to White Arch Labels.

Sora was also a Pixel Entertainment trainee and had competed in The 4 Seasons. He left the company after the show ended and joined White Arch Labels.

Marvin Conner Sato, Meguru Chinen, Rivera Gonzalez and Kenjo Crnojević were also Pixel Entertainment trainees before they transferred to White Arch Labels.

Arthur Keyshawn Ison, Rikushi Tamura, Sakuya Watanabe and Amin Sujoni Ahmad had trained in White Arch Labels.

2023: Pre-debut

Then on September 30, 2023, they revealed the group name, which will now be called "CASE1". and reveal the members, of which Marvin (then known as Conner), Meguru, Daesung, Kenjo and Josh were introduced as the new members. Followed by Sakuya & Arthur, Daeho and finally Yugmin, Rivera & Sora.

2024: Debut With "Underestimated Debate", MY-SION, Hisoka's Hiatus, Hidden Second

On January 8, they debuted with the mini album, Underestimated Debate.

On June 10, they reveal a teaser indicating that the group will have a comeback on June 25 with the EP, MY-SION.

On July 17, Hisoka had taken a surgery for appendicitis. As a result, Hisoka stepped down from participating in group activities. On August 2, Hisoka returns with group activities.

On October 27, Hisoka had confirmed on his personal Instagram Live that the group will Be making a comeback on November 23 with the EP, Hidden Second.

2025: Japanese Debut With "夢で (In A Dream)", Miroh, TBA

On January 19, it was confirmed on a Live that CASE1 will be making their Japanese debut with the EP "夢で (In A Dream)" on February 1.

On March 11, the group is confirmed to be making a comeback on late May to early June. Later on, it was confirmed by Hisoka that CASE1 will be coming back on June 19 and stated that they will be releasing Miroh as a pre-release on April 30.

Lore

It is set in the bustling fictional city, many mysteries were hard to solve by the police therefore they remain unsolved and crimes that are found difficult by the police and a detective agency called The CASE1 Agency was created to solve all the mysteries and crimes that the police find difficult. The agency was divided into two sub-groups, TRIAL and ERROR. The detective agency solves a lot of unsolved mysteries.
